abundant accountable love 〰️

Support for individuals and couples exploring nonmonogamy, polyamory, kink, and neurodiverse love— through communication skills, relationship rituals, and liberated accountability.

This isn’t therapy.

It’s hands-on, skills-based support for people who are expanding their relationships outside of monogamy.

Whether you’re:

  • Taking your first steps into nonmonogamy or polyamory,

  • Navigating the intersections of kink and consent, or

  • Honoring your neurodivergent wiring in love and intimacy

I provide tools, structure, and practices that help you and your partners feel seen, understood, and prepared.

And we’re not just going to “talk about talking.” We’ll get into the nitty gritty of sexual health agreements, boundaries/expectations, and everything else that you need to navigate your organic connections.

That’s why I Offer:

✦ Individual Coaching

One-on-one guidance for clarifying what you want, what you need, and how to voice it. Together, we’ll create rituals, strategies, and practices that fit your unique nervous system and values.

✦ Couples & ‘Cules (Partners) Support

Facilitated conversations and shared exercises to build trust, co-regulate, and establish structures for communication and accountability. Perfect for couples newly opening up or longtime partners adjusting to change.

✦ Skills You’ll Learn

  • Communication Skills: Saying the hard things without collapsing or exploding.

  • Relationship Rituals: Building grounding practices for safety and connection.

  • Liberated Accountability: Owning your part in growth, with compassion not punishment.

  • Neurodiverse-Informed Practices: Strategies that support ADHD/autistic wiring, executive function, and sensory differences.

  • Kink-Aware Tools: Applying consent frameworks from kink into everyday relationship agreements.

From nonmonogamy newbies to practiced polyamory folks, no matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to amplify the skills you have and offer research-backed ideas for more.
